By downloading or using Verge you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

The service

Verge is an iOS app that helps you set daily limits on apps you choose, run focus sessions, and share your progress with friends. App blocking relies on Apple’s Screen Time framework and on the permission you grant; if you revoke it, these features stop working.

Account

Your account is tied to an anonymous ID generated on your device and the username you choose. Your username must not impersonate others or contain abusive or unlawful content. We may change usernames or close accounts that break this rule.

Verge Pro subscription

• Verge’s core features are free. Verge Pro is an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly); the current price and period are shown on the purchase screen.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• If a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends.
• You can manage and cancel your subscription in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
• Refund requests are handled by Apple under Apple’s policies.
• When a subscription ends, Pro features (e.g. scheduled blocking, strict mode, extra protections) turn off; free features keep working.

Acceptable use

You must not use Verge unlawfully, harass other users, disrupt the service, or attempt to access other people’s accounts without permission.

No warranty

Verge is provided “as is”. It aims to help you change your habits; it does not guarantee any particular result and is not medical or psychological advice. Because of iOS limitations, blocking and time measurement may not work perfectly in every situation.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the app. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for Verge in the past 12 months.

Termination

You may stop using the app at any time and delete your account via Settings → Delete Account. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.

Apple’s terms

Your acquisition of the app from the App Store is also subject to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the new version will be published on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
